Instructions: Completion and submission of this form speeds up the registration process. Your registration paperwork will be waiting for your arrival. When you arrive, you will need to pay your registration fee(s), show your valid AMA card, complete the AMA Entry Paperwork, and have your plane static judged. If you are flying multiple planes, please complete and submit one Pre-Registration per plane. If you do not arrive by the beginning of the first round, you registration will be deleted - unless prior arrangements have been made.
